gb445 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using the Platform

To open and maintain a gb445 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. gb445 operates a strict 21+ policy and will request proof of age documentation during the KYC verification process.
• You must be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited under applicable local law. It is your responsibility to verify the legality of online gaming in your location before registering.
• You must register using your own personal information. Registration on behalf of another individual is not permitted.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion register or have previously been excluded from gb445 for policy violations.
• You must not use automation tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the gb445 platform in any manner.

gb445 reserves the right to request KYC documentation — including government-issued photo ID and proof of address — at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following a significant change in account activity. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stated time frame may result in account suspension and withdrawal delays. gb445 does not discriminate based on the city or region of a player's residence — players from Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur and Mymensingh are all subject to the same eligibility criteria.

gb445 offers a range of promotional products including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid and Pohela Boishakh. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms:

• Bonuses are credited to your gb445 account in BDT and are subject to wagering requirements before any portion may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier and eligible games for each bonus are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Free spins are credited at a fixed value per spin as stated in the promotion terms. Winnings from free spins are added to your bonus balance and are subject to the stated wagering requirement before withdrawal.
• Only one welcome bonus per player. Registering multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and possible account closure.
• gb445 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. If a promotion is cancelled after a player has already fulfilled the deposit condition, any credited bonus will remain valid under the original terms.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash directly, or used in combination unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.

gb445 uses automated systems to detect bonus abuse, including collusion, arbitrage betting, and systematic exploitation of promotional terms. Where such activity is detected, gb445 reserves the right to void bonus winnings, recalculate the account balance, and suspend or permanently close the account without prior notice.

gb445 may suspend or permanently close a Player's account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• The Player has provided false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent stage of account verification.
• The Player is found to be under the age of 21, or is found to have misrepresented their age at the time of registration.
• The Player has engaged in collusion, match-fixing, use of automated betting software, or any other conduct designed to gain an unfair advantage over gb445 or other players.
• The Player has been identified as a politically exposed person (PEP), or has failed to meet anti-money laundering (AML) verification requirements.

Where an account is closed due to Player-side policy violations, gb445 reserves the right to withhold some or all funds in the account pending investigation. Where an account is closed at the Player's own request, any verified real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within the standard processing timeline.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gb445 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of winnings, loss of data, business interruption, or reputational harm. gb445's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their gb445 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

gb445 makes no warranty that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, and third-party service disruptions (including payment provider downtime) are outside gb445's direct control. gb445 will endeavour to communicate planned maintenance windows to players in advance where reasonably practicable. In the event of a service disruption during an active game session or open bet, gb445 will restore the session or settle the bet at the last recorded valid state.

gb445 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, gb445 will endeavour to notify registered players by email or via an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of gb445 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the effective date.

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be interpreted in accordance with principles of fair dealing and good faith. gb445 operates as a safe and reliable online gaming platform and applies SSL encryption and fair-play certified game systems to all player interactions. Where any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms were last updated on 1 January 2026 and supersede all prior versions.
